Massage Therapy focused on Women's Health including Pre-Natal

INTRODUCTORY RATE;  $50 for a full body massage with Aromatherapy.  Applies to Gift Certificates too.

WHY AN INTRODUCTORY RATE?

I had a full practice in Tucson Arizona and moved to Oregon several years ago.  Now I'm licensed in Oregon and starting my massage and counseling practice here.

I don't advertise or participate in social media so I build my practice through 'word of mouth'. This Introductory Rate is designed to get women in the door.   That's the best way to spread the word about my massage. This Introductory Rate is aslo good for Gift Certificates.

After the Introductory Rate of $50 the fee will be $70

WHY A FEE OF $70 ?

I've spoken to a number of women in Oregon who say they'd love to get regular massage but it's become so expensive.

Yes, it has, for a lot of reasons.

Because I work on my own I am able to keep reasonable fees so that women can get massage regularly as well as use it  for special occasions.

FREE SAMPLE

If you would like to sample the wares, I'll give you a free 10 minute massage, to see if we're a good fit.  Massage is a personal treatment and it's vital that you feel comfortable with the therapist's touch.  So, come on over, meet me, and shop before you buy.

INSURANCE

Some health insurances have massage as a benefit.

If your health insurance offers Massage Therapy  as a treatment for a Medical Diagnosis, it's best to go to a chiropractor's office or a massage office that's set up for such billing.

MASSAGE AS AN EMPLOYMENT BENEFIT WITHOUT NEEDING A MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS

Some employers provide massage therapy without a Doctor's diagnosis just because they recognize that it's a wonderful  benefit and stress reducer.  If I can bill directly as a Licensed Massage Therapist then I'll give it a whirl.

LOW TECH

At this time I take only cash or check.  I am mulling over whether I want to take Ven Mo and Zelle.  The privacy and security issues give me pause.

DESCRIPTION OF MY MASSAGE

I had a successful massage therapy practice in Tucson Arizona, and recently got licensed in Oregon, so I'm building a practice . Here is a description of my massage.  Words don't adequately convey the experience, but you get the gist.

Of course, the client always has the choice about the techniques and scents I use.

I start with uplifting acupressure on the face, followed by a thorough scalp massage, then I apply Aromatherapy to the chest and continue massaging the front of the body with stretches and rotations on the arms and legs and reflexology on the feet. The client turns over, nestling in the face cradle while I give a deep back massage with shiatsu, then I do the hips and legs with more stretches. I end with "tapotement"  - a percussive techniques on the back of the body that brings blood flow to the surface and gives a feeling of closure to the massage.  You float off the table feeling and smelling great.

In pregnancy massage I use pillows to support the mom so she can be on her side.

AROMATHERAPY

I love aromatherapy and use all natural products. Here's a partial list of what I have on hand. I say "partial" because I add new oils here and there and may not always update on time.

Jasmine,  Rose,  Pine Needle,  Eucalyptus,  Cedarwood,  Ginger,  Rosemary,  Lavendar,, Orange,,,Tea Tree,  Dr. Christopher's Cayenne Heat Massage Oil.  Some of the brands I buy are:    "Now" ,   "Kuumba Made"  ,   "Dr. Christopher's Herbs".
